Use Convecto to organize your Wine Cellar collection. Instantly see what you have on hand organized in an easy to use grid format or you can see one record in a single-record view panel. Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Bottle Status and Variety columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

Shown above is a shot of the main screen showing the screen layout and the toolbar at the top. The grid size is adjustable from a small version as shown above to full-screen size. An optional Single-Record view is also available.

	Field Name	Description
	Vintner	The name of the Vintner
	Storage Bin	The storage location for this bottle or set of bottles.
	Sub-Location	The location within the bin above
	Bottle Status	The status for this wine (Drinkable Now, Everyday, Investment, Drinkable 2010, etc.)
	Variety	Varietal name for the wine (Cabernet, Chardonnay, Cote de Rhone, etc.)
	Bottle Date	Bottle Year
	Bottle Count	Current count of bottles held
	Vineyard	Vinyards used for grapes used in this bottling.
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this bottling. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Bottle Notes	Detailed notes to describe this bottle.
	Tasting Notes	Room for extended tasting notes..
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types from pictures of the label to copies of the invoice, etc. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
