Use Convecto to organize your Web based photographs. More and more people are storing there photographs on their website for sharing with friends and family. Organize your photos with this simple to use interface. You can view the web image by simply double clicking on the record, your browser will start and then display the image. You can easily share your photos with other Convecto users with the conveient Import/Export function. Details of the program are shown below:

Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Category and Subject columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

	Field Name	Description
	Photo Id	The name of the image file
	Name	A name for the image
	Group	A grouping to which this image belongs
	Category	The category where this image belongs (vacation, friends, sailing, etc -- you can add or delete items from this listing)
	Subject	The subject of this photograh (you can add or delete items from this listing)
	Photo Date	Date the photograph was taken
	Image count	If multiple shots, how many in the group
	Web URL	the Web URL location of the photographs
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this photo. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Location Notes	Details on the location where the photo was taken Information here can be as long as necessary to describe this item.
	Photo Notes	Any details on the photo Information can be as long as necessary...
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types: pictures, sounds, documents, etc. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
