Use Convecto to organize your Puzzle collection. Instantly see what you have on hand organized in an easy to use grid format or you can see one record in a single-record view panel. Be able to ask questions like: “What 'Take Apart' puzzles do I have from 'Bits & Pieces' and where are they stored?” and get the answers immediately. Share your collection with other Convecto user via the Import/Export function. Details of the program are shown below:

Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Category and Manufacturer columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

	Field Name	Description
	Puzzle Name	The name of the puzzle
	Sequence Number	The count sequence (1,2,3...) if this if the first, second, third copy in the collection
	Storage Location	Where the puzzle is stored
	Category	The puzzle type
	Manufacturer	Who made it
	Acquisition Date	When acquired
	Cost	Price paid
	Designer	Who designed the puzzle
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this puzzle. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Description of the pieces	Details on puzzle structure. Information here can be as long as necessary to describe this item.
	Description of the solution	Room for extensive notes on the solution..
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types from pictures of the puzzle to copies of invoices. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
