Use Convecto to inventory and organize your negatives, transparencies and prints . Instantly see what you have, organized in an easy to use grid format or you can view one record in a single-record view panel. Be able to ask questions like: "I want to find all my 4x5 negatives of Canyon de Chelley that contain shots of Spider Rock" and get the answers immediately. Details of the program are shown below:

Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Client and Image Type columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

	*Details of Information Stored:* (any of these names may be changed at any time)
	Field Name	Description
	Image Code	A code of your own design to identify this image or group of images.
	Sequence Number	If a group, the sequence number of this image (i.e. frame numbers, etc).
	Job/Project	The job or project name of number
	Client	The name of the client (you can add, edit and delete items from this lookup list)
	Image Type	The type of image (BW35MM, BW4X5, Color Negative 6x6, etc. (you can add, edit or delete items from this lookup list)
	Image Date	The date of the image
	Item Count	number of image in the group
	Equipment Used	The equipment used in this session
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this particular image. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Location Notes	Details on the location. (Information here can be as long as necessary.)
	Additional Image Notes	Any additional information. (Information can be as long as necessary)
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types: pictures, copies of invoices, etc. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
