Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Photo Type and Location columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

	*Details of Information Stored:* (any of these names may be changed at any time)
	Field Name	Description
	Photo Album	The name or an identification code for the album where the photos are located.
	Page	Page number or numbers where the photo or photos are located
	Photo Id	A way of identifying the photo on the page
	Photo Type	The type of photo (Family, Vacation - Mexico, Soccer Camp, etc. - you can add, edit and delete items from this lookup list)
	Location	The type location of the picture (you can add, edit or delete items from this lookup list)
	Date	The date of the photo
	Album Count	If this is part of a set the number in the set
	Additional Types	Any additional information on the photo type or location.
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this particular picture. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Location Notes	Details on the location. (Information here can be as long as necessary.)
	Photo Notes	Any additional information. (Information can be as long as necessary)
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types: pictures, voice descriptions, etc. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
