Use Convecto to organize your Coin or Currency collection. Instantly see what you have on hand organized in an easy to use grid format or you can see one record in a single-record view panel. Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Grade and Item Group columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

	Field Name	Description
	Coin Name	The name of the Coin, Token or Currency Item
	Coin Type	The item type
	Storage Id	A user definable identification code for a particular item
	Grade	Industry Standard Grades
	Item Group	Item grouping, e.g. US-Gold, Medieval, Proof Sets, etc.
	Item Date	Item Date
	Count	How many you have on hand
	Description	A description of the item
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this coin. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Classification Notes	Details on how this item was classified. Information here can be as long as necessary to describe this item.
	Value Notes	Room for extensive notes on valuation..
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types from pictures of the item to copies of invoices. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
