Use Convecto to organize your collection of fine Cigars. Instantly see what you have on hand organized in an easy to use grid format or you can see one record in a single-record view panel. Be able to ask questions like: “What El Rey del Mundo's do I have?” and get the answers immediately. Share your collection with other Convecto user via the Import/Export function. Details of the program are shown below:

Information can be sorted by any column simply by click on the column header.

All of the column titles as well as the screen title can be modified at any time.

The Brand and Country columns are lookup fields where the entry is available at the click of a button.

The information can be filtered in a variety of ways so that only certain records can be seen.

Records can be printed and the items can be selected. Printing can be customized in a variety of ways.

Records can be imported from external data and exported for use in other programs.

Records can also be copied from one Convecto copy to another to facilitate sharing.

The Grid is also customizable in column widths, row height, fonts and row colors.

	*Details of Information Stored:* (any of these names may be changed at any time)
	Field Name	Description
	Name	The name of the Cigar
	Size	The size of the Cigar
	Box Id	A user definable identification code for a particular box
	Brand	The brand of the Cigar
	Country	The country of origin/manufacture
	Date Purchased	The data you purchased the item (this field must always be a date field).
	Count	How many you have on hand
	Source	Where you purchased the item
	Search Key	Store any important words that help identify this cigar or box. You can then use a Key word search to locate particular items later (more details on Key Searches are available in the On-Line help system).
	Composition Notes	Details on the composition of this cigar. Information here can be as long as necessary to describe this item.
	Tasting Notes	Room for extensive tasting notes.
	OLE	This item can store a variety of item types from pictures of box labels or bands to copies of invoices. Almost any type of item or file can be stored here. The On-Line help has more information on using this feature.
